Dungeonparty: Climbing back to the top (Update: D22)

The fun thing about doing some dungeons again is that it shows how easy it is now while you can clearly remember how hard they were the first time we attempted them. Another fun part about it is, that some of our smaller scum can be a hero for a change.

UPDATE I: D20

D20 Path to Hell: We had a lot more scum who were able to join this time, and it is good to see they actually did. This time it was Wraithform who got to murder the most dungeonbaddies, 5 not bad. See being the smalles to check in has it's benefits(yes Rizzomoron, that could have been you ;). But I must say I find it very funny that it is again Srikes smug face that is the last one to be seen in D20. Sometimes you just are on the right place at the right time.

UPDATE II: D21

D21 Hellish Hell: (ooooooh, so THAT is why the previous dungeon was called "Path to Hell"). It seems we are getting better, OR scum gets really pissed off by Srike showing off and having all the spotlight for himself! Wraitform (yep, Rizzo is still not able to attack because he is a silly lowlife) managed another 10 kills and bakryu made sure he killed the Zombie Berserker before Srike got the chance to join in the battle. On the other hand... it kinda looks like bakryu has a tummy ache and that zombie berserker used to be his lunch...

UPDATE IV: D22

D22 The Petting Zoo of Death: Am I the only one that finds this a disturbing picture? I mean, come on Scrubby... that is no way to treat pussy... We also had Rizzo in action today (finally), sadly he only managed two bad boys, while Wraithform managed to slaughter 7 again (I think someone has been working out). And slowly the dungeons are getting stronger. We're already had to use 10 scum for this one... ;-)

Voting on this poll was poor, but given I haven't done one in forever, that's understandable.  After waking up in a very hung over state, I found myself in Shades of Gray.  Searching for how this came to be, I naturally ran a poll.   Turns out, no one knows, but everyone suspects it is a plot by AAylia to overthrow our dark scum lord once again.  Only time will tell... or some very judicious torturing.

FreshScumFlash: DAYSOFDARKNESS

Do you remember our requirements to be able to join the scumside? Well, to refresh your memory the hard requirements: "You're level 225 or higher (200+ for scouts).  You have a 30% mount ~ at least. Use your daily thirst every day. Have a scrapbook of at least 75% and  willing to check in for all battles."  And the far more important, but impossible to check beforehand, soft requirements: "Loyalty, participation daily and a good sense of humor". And lastly the fact we really seem to have a scout shortage?

Well... Meet DAYSOFDARKNESS a level 270 dragonriding scout wtih fluffy shoes and a great personality (at least, that is what the tie is suggesting anyway). He is also a big believer in collecting pictures seeing his scrapbook si up to 96.24%. So if you got any doubles you would like to trade, you know where to find him. Welcome DAYSOFDARKNESS we hope you will enjoy yourself while you are here.

And scum, do me a favor... We could really use a big scout around here, so if you really need to steal his stuff, at least try to not damage him too much while doing so....

Culprit Revealed!!

At long last after a long investigation the true duct tape instigator has been revealed in his lair.   He was wearing his latest styles standing on  the custom duct taped floor leading to his laboratory of fiendish experiments and fashions. The sign on the door was a true statement of what was lurking behind the closed doors.

Alyxyn whom we all thought led a quiet life in the dredges of the of the dank holes  of the Scumbase is true mastermind behind the stickiness of duct tape, and now we all know what he has been doing. He has been tunneling out another layer to the Scumbase. Aaylia was heard to comment that even she had no idea that Alyxyn was even tunneling beneath her dungeon. "I heard hammering and banging every once in a while....But didn't really think anything about it."

As one ventures further into the lair there posted up on the wall above his desk is the inspiration of his true fiendish ideas and plots.  Scattered around the room were tables covered with colored duct tape, partially finished projects and other assorted treasures.  Assembled against the wall was a full weapons rack, helmets that were covered with the characteristic gray duct tape; and tacked to the wall were designs of future projects.

Dungeonparty: Shades of Grey (Update V: D32)

Tofurkey, Oswalt, AAylia, Dolgan Elfbane and Ninastar. Remember those names scum, because these are the names that will go down in history of slaying some dungeonbosses at Shades of Grey.

The button for D29: Crypt of the Undead has been pushed and now the waiting game has begun. Let''s hope the check in is good this time so we can forget the episode with D28: Cave of Graverobbers from a couple of months ago.

Update I: Dungeon 29 has been beaten. Nine Shades not checked in for this one (I understood it was an unusual attack time for them) and with Elgaraen getting all the finishing fun again,  Dolgan and Nina are still waiting at the sidelines. That sounds like there are more possibilities there. The button for D30: The Emperors Fighting Guard has been pushed, so lets see how that one goes.

UPDATE II: That is two down

UPDATE III: Apparently D31 failed due to bad check in (did not receive a screenshot this time) but was very close. So they're trying again. *crosses fingers*

UPDATE IV: And we have another win. proving the power of checking in... This time the check in was a lot better, wich resulted in Ninastar waiting at the sidelines again. D32 will be tough, but I''m sure that it is doable if everybody at Shades checks in and potions up. Good luck all!

UPDATE V: Sadly D32 couldn't be beaten this time (haven't got a screenshot again). As far as I understood it was VERY close indeed (see Lavidavi's post below). We said we would stay at Shades till the weekend, so scum has been returning home. Too bad it wasn't on a win. Better luck next time scum. Good luck to you Shades and thank you for giving some of our lowlifes a short holiday. We'll be seeing you around, don't forget to beef up, I'm sure we'll meet again.

No new members of the 95% club in this period. Farkentje is allmost there with 94.29% so is Kossar with 94.47%. Oswalt, Ziglabeu, Neithe, Barkryu and Rizzo34 are well in their 90's. If you all try a little this week you'll all be members of the 95% club next week and very close to maxing your scrapbook. Remember, if you're not very active in the HoF for your ranking then you can always use the random method of hitting small scum in between quests.

• We lost Magnumpower. Sadly he has gone missing a while back and even the people that were in contact with him outside the gamechat haven't heard of him anymore. That makes us worry, so we hope he is allright. But he has been gone a long while now, so it is time to say goodbye to the toon.
• We also seem to have lost Good Phantom. His check in was a bit erratic over the past months and now he has been MIA for 2 weeks already, making us think he gave up on the game.
• EDIT: Seems Zpirate has left the game too. She didn't just leave the guild but deleted her account too.
• There is no disgrace in not want to play this game anymore, but please let us know when you do. So we don't have to worry about you.
