General Message

Hey there people ! Kami here for an impromptu message. (Yes, I am allowed to do that! My level doesn't matter, I have the officer icon besides my name, I can do whatever I want! Plus, I'm half drunk, so... BOOYAA !!)

As most of you know, and as the others will notice, a bunch of us just disappeared from the roster. If you STILL don't know what's going on, well ... My Lil Pwnies is having a dungeon party and 10 of us went over to make sure they beat as many as possible.

From Iola, I transfer the message that she's very happy to see so many of us put up applications to go and help. Seriously guys, this doesn't seem like much, but it's saying so much about our social activity on this server.

You know what ? I'm going to let my rampaging drunk mind loose for a bit. We've been ranked #1 on the server for a little while now. Do you see venom flowing towards us ? No. Do you feel hatred from your fellow Server 1 players?  No.

We're not claiming to have more memories than anyone else. We're not going around forums saying that we are "starting a new era" or even using the eye-rolling word 'era' to describe a position in the Hall of Fame.  We're hoping to hang onto that for as long as the previous guild did, sure, but it's just silly to use grandiose self-congratulatory terms to describe what will inevitably happen if the power players are all on your team.

As Ghetto said, "I am proud to be Scum for not making a big fuss of everything."

While its been said that history is written by the winners; in a game of this sort .. there aren't winners and losers, simply players who have given up or players who are still trying.   We're all here tryin'!  And hat's off to that, guys, I'm proud of you!

Now, back to business.

Our friends will be back in a few days, probably on Tuesday/Wednesday. You know what that means, right? That means two things.

Firstly, our own dungeon Wednesday might be a little bit late this week, probably happening on Thursday. So if you were planning on hitting the check-in button only once this week, that would be on Thursday. (By the way, we do not approve of once-a-week clicking members...)

Secondly, it means that most of our kick-ass players are out there killing NPC's, not standing shoulder-to-shoulder defending or attacking other guilds. Which means that we have to be double efficient checking in this week if we want to keep our #1 spot. We might lose a few fights here and there, but if all of us are checked in, there's going to be nothing to blame ourselves about. Lost fair and square. That's the way it should be.

In any case, my drunk mind is telling me to recap :

1. 10 of us are over to My Lil Pwnies owning dungeons;
2. We have to make sure we're all checked in for fights, it's more important than ever (the reason the previous Ladder leaders crashed is because of complaisant members.  Remember, you're strong as an individual, but so much stronger as part of a group
3. Dungeon Wednesday might be a Dungeon Thursday this week;

Lastly, I would like to say that Iola appointed me as the "Voice of Reason," so there you have it. I'm right and that's it. If you don't like it, well... um... actually, you have a right not to like me or my alcohol-induced reason, but I think I do an ok job, no?

I think I just developed a complex...
