Sometimes the time comes to say goodbye. Today it is time to say goodbye to r34lg33k.

r34lg33k, you have been true scum during the time you were here. You will be severely missed for your happy banter. And whenever we see a tranny we’ll be thinking of you with a huge grin on our faces… J

Officers

During the last months we slowly lost some activity at the officer part of this guild. Time to change that again and get ourselves some new officers.

Scum that has been around for longer than a couple of months remember our weekly Birthday Bashes posts on this blog . I’ve been asked a couple of times why we stopped doing those. Well, the answer to that is short and simple: our good friend Kami “lord hair”sama aka Mr. Data and one of the most active officers for a very very long period (anyone remember the awesome Soundcheck posts he made? ) had come to a point where he didn’t have the time anymore to keep track of all your levelling and other accomplishments.  A lot later than planned, I want to seriously thank Kamisama for all the work he has done for this guild. But no worries, Kami won’t go anywhere. He just doesn’t have the time to do his officer duties anymore.

Another officer that has no time for his officer duties anymore is Tofurkey our Babysit Central for many years. Anyone who went on a holiday and needed a sitter knows that Tofurkey always did his best to recruit the best babysitters available, to keep your account active and healthy while you were away. With Tofurkey touring through Europe he can't devote his time to recruiting and arranging sitters anymore. Sad times for your ScumLord, because Tofurkey has been the one and only lowlife that has been an officer since the day I was too slow to avoid becoming your ScumLord. So thank you very much for that Tofurkey.

So now what? Well, we got 50 lowlifes in this guild and I’m sure some of you are willing to actually do something to keep this guild ticking and alive. We have the following officer spots available:

• Battlemonkey (0:00 PST aka 9:00 CEST)
• Battlemonkey (12:00 PST aka 21:00 CEST)
• Battlemonkey (backup)
• Disinformation Spreader
• Mr. Data
• Party Animal

If you wonder what these jobs entail, just check our officer page and be enlightened. If you have interest in becoming an officer, just mail me in game and tell me which job you would like and why. And who knows… you might become our newest officer and are allowed to eat in the officer mess hall (we have cookies!!!) and have the bragging rights of being an officer in the #1 guild of your heart! (that is the Severed Tongue, for you slow of mind ones).
